Hi Guys,
Sorry we didn't get a proper good-bye, but I will be at grad, so bring your cameras/phones and we'll get a group picture.
If class is in session Wednesday, you will have a choice between the quote test or the essay test. The quote test will give you the authors and work, you will have to discuss style, and theme. It will also have an identify the author and work and you will discuss it in the context of the work as a whole. There is also a sight reading section.
The essay test has two 10 mark mini-essays and a full essay.
It is your choice. Your exam will be out of 50 and will be weighted 20% of the year.
If class is in session on Tuesday, we will have a fishbowl on the topics: nature, spirituality and heroes.

If we are in session on Monday and Tuesday, exams are as scheduled. If not, they are cancelled. I will keep you posted as to when you may pick up your marked assignments and tests.
Bard on the Beach
Meet outside of the box office at 7:00. Bring a little blanket - it gets a little cold. It will probably be over by 10:30ish.
See you there.

Eng. 11 - June 7
The Scottish Play test is on the following:
Literary Devices, Plot questions, Character questions, Shakespearean language, Quote (speaker, circumstance, significance), Paragraph questions: 80 marks
A good way to study would be to pick out important quotes from the play and test a partner with the quotes.
Make sure you review the literary terms sheet at the beginning of your package. Review your questions. There will be a paragraph answer relating to Polanski's movie, so if you were away, make sure you have watched this.
