Eng. 12 and LIt 12 - How to Prepare for the Quote Test

Review your package on the structure of plays.

Make notes on all the major characters - come up with some good adjectives for each character.

Consider the list of themes - take some notes on how the themes are rendered.

Call up a friend and share your notes - quiz each other.

Make sure when you write the test you have a strong topic sentence and a strong concluding sentence.

Make sure you integrate quotes from the excerpt.

Make sure you start with the specific quote and extend to the rest of the play.
